Greencarrier has linked the solution to most of the well-known business systems in Sweden. Virtuellt Tullager Web is a solution in which the information is instead fed in via a web interface.
What is Virtuellt Tullager?
Virtuellt Tullager is a complete bonded warehouse solution. It is warehouse and transport operator neutral, and means your company can have non-cleared goods in your own warehouse or in an external warehouse of your choice. Other than that no physical change in the shipment’s physical placement is required, and the non-cleared goods do not have to be handled separately. It entails no extra work for you as we deal with all customs and permit administration, as well as all the reporting in line with Swedish Customs requirements.
Getting started
The only requirement to get started is that your company has a credit facility with Swedish Customs and good internal procedures. Your company does not even have to have an AEO certificate.
Will we gain financially?
This depends on your circumstances. We have developed an advanced cost estimate function whereby we simulate Virtuellt Tullager based on data from you and Swedish Customs. It clearly shows the kind of extra liquidity and annual savings you could make with the solution, and how quickly.
